What is your Athletic Background?

  • I grew up playing pretty much every sport. I was more competitive with some less with others. I discovered my love for strength training when I was 14 years old, since then that passion has grown and lead me to discover that I enjoy spreading that passion to others. It is why I wanted to become a coach.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

  • I found CrossFit in 2005. I didn't jump in with both feet right away. I was still training at a "Globo" Gym at that time. I would go in do my normal isolated body part "day", I would then do CrossFit "for Cardio". I became bored with each body part getting its own day after learning about CF and quickly began doing it full time. It was quick, fun, and super effective...needless to say I was hooked.

Favorite Lifts
