I was a High School Cheerleader, Gymnast, and Dancer. I was an Endurance athlete from 1998-2002. I did half marathons, marathons and triathlons. I’ve done weight training and various group fitness classes since1999-2011. I began CrossFit in May 2011.
What brought you to Panhandle CrossFit?
My friend and longtime workout partner, Claire, talked me in to trying CrossFit with her.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing CrossFit for three years this May(2014).
What is your favorite WOD?
Do you have any advice for someone thinking about starting CrossFit?
Just start. We are normal, everyday people just trying to be more awesome at life! We are firefighters, stay-at-home moms, teachers, students, and athletes. Come and be more awesome!
